What information do you need to prepare my tax return?

How soon do I get my tax refund?

Your refund usually takes 7 to 14 days to reach your bank account. However, it can take longer if the Australian Tax Office needs to investigate any information declared on your tax return.

What are your trading / business hours

Our office is open 8:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday – Saturdays by appointment.  You can email queries and tax return documents through at any time to [email protected]

If you require a weekend or evening appointment please contact us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

How do I change from my current accountant to Taxation and Business Accountants?

We understand that clients change accountants for a range of reasons. You may be new to our area, perhaps your needs have changed and your current accountant is not able to meet them, or perhaps you were not getting the results or customer service you desire.

We help make this transition easy for you by writing a letter to your existing accountant advising that we are now acting on your behalf and requesting they forward us relevant documentation. This is a standard process in the accounting sector and the letter we send is known as an ‘Ethical Letter’, asking for your documents and if there is any reason why we should not act for you.

Is parking available?

Yes, there is free parking available in front of our office. We are easily accessible and have white, blue and yellow branding on our windows so we are very easy to spot.  There is a map showing our location on our Contact Us page.
