Complaints Process
TBC Taxation and Business Consultants always strive to provide you with the best outcome, based on your individual circumstances. However, in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with the advice or service provided by staff, we ask that you refer the matter to the Practice Manager/Principal Accountant, Lydia Andrews in the first instance. If you are still unhappy with the outcome or resolution to your matter raised, you are able to lodge a formal complaint with the Tax Practitioner’s Board: www.tpb.gov.au
